How It Works

Before we meet, you will complete a short intake form so I can understand what you are navigating and what you want from the session.

During our 90 minutes together, we will work through the challenge using a practical self-leadership lens so you can slow the situation down, get clear on what matters most, and move forward with more confidence.

After the session, you will receive a written recap with key takeaways and action steps, along with any script support that makes sense for your situation.
